Aichi Forge is able to produce chassis components with equipment capabilities of 8000T Mechanical Press line, 6000T Mechanical Press line, 4000T Mechanical Press line, Solid State induction heating equipment, and Pre-form equipment.
Aichi Forge has In-House Tooling Manufacturing capabilities utilizing CNC Milling Machines and CNC Vertical lathes.

Chassis components can be created with a 2″ to 20″ diameter, or non-symmetric 4″ x 6″ to 9″ x 39″. A minimum weight of 1.3kg to a maximum of 113kg can be achieved.
Steering Knuckles, Tie Rods, Steering Arms, Ball Joint Brackets and Clamps can be manufactured using Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Micro-Alloy Steel, and Vacuum Arc Remelt Steel.
